Our Story
Motive was born out of the inherent desire of three experienced event pioneers, who wanted to build thought-provoking events for our customers and partners alike. Combining a team of professionals who have pooled their strength from a rich history of tailoring boutique events in every function component.

At the launch of Motive, we wanted to stay kiwi proud by connecting ourselves to something that fits in with our ethos. We created our own spirit animal that encapsulates our personalities, behaviours and mindset.
